How We Work Differently
In Fenland areas, ground conditions may be relevant, but they should not be treated as proof of a particular damp mechanism. Condensation, plumbing leaks, rainwater defects, drainage and other building details should also be considered where the evidence indicates them. Richard Bull’s independent, evidence-based approach separates genuine ground moisture from the far more common alternatives.
No treatments are sold. Every recommendation is based on the overall survey evidence, including the building inspection, moisture testing and thermal imaging where appropriate — not on what generates follow-on work.
