Independent diagnosis comes first. Some free inspections are provided by businesses that also sell damp-proofing or remedial work. Richard’s survey fee is independent of any remedial work because Damp Detectives does not sell damp-proofing treatments.
The purpose of the survey is to establish the likely moisture source from the evidence before money is committed to treatment.
