Richard Bull provides independent investigation across the Lincolnshire areas covered by the service. Damp Detectives does not carry out, sell or receive income from damp-proofing treatments arising from the survey, keeping the investigation commercially separate from subsequent remedial work. Traditional buildings are assessed with their particular materials, construction, alterations and moisture behaviour in mind.
